Telehealth appointment links are sent out with appointment reminders the day before your session.
Do I need to be seen in person?
Presently most patients can be seen virtually.
If you have questions please reach out.
If Government regulations change regarding telehealth, you will be notified.
Requirements for Telehealth!
We require telehealth patients to purchase an automatic blood pressure cuff.
We ask you to monitor your blood pressure and heart rate at home.
You must have a phone or computer with a working camera, and audio!!!
Check-In
Please check in to the waiting room 10 min before the appointment.
If you have any technical difficulty please contact the clinic by phone or text ASAP.
If you are more than 10 min late you will be marked a no show.
How often do I need to be seen?
The frequency of appointments varies based on your condition, and need for monitoring.
At a minimum, we require appointments every 3 months.
